What the conditions mean
Before you buy
Prices include VAT. The crossed-out RRP is the price the item was listed at new.
Faults are in the price. We describe every mark, chip or missing part we know about, and photograph them where we can. Your statutory rights are not affected.
One-off items. If two orders come in for the same piece, the first one wins and we refund the second in full.
Phone and cash orders are held for 2 working days while we arrange payment or collection.
Bring the right vehicle. Baths, shower panels and tall units need a van or estate car.
